Akudazie Ndugbu has 13 years’ experience as a legal practitioner. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003 and is a graduate of the University of Benin, Benin City where she graduated with a second class upper. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). She obtained her LLM (Distinction) in Petroleum Law & Policy from the Center for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee, Dundee, Scotland in 2012.
She began her career with NNB Bank (now Unity Bank) and took interest in credit and financing. Thereafter she joined the legal firm of Jus Polis Chambers as a solicitor from where she moved to Oil Trade & Transport LLC as the Legal Adviser/Company Secretary.
Akudazie Ndugbu joined the firm of Terra Cotta Legal Associates as the head of the Oil and Gas team before moving on to Dhalion Limited as the Company Secretary. She has attended several professional training programs at the CEPMLP, University of Dundee, ICSAN and United Nations Institute for Training and Research. She is currently the Secretary of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigerian, Abuja Chapter.
Associate
Onyedikachi Ahunanya has about six years of experience working as a legal practitioner. He is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He qualified as a Project Management Professional in 2012.
He commenced his working career as a Solicitor with Hallistrone Associates from where he moved to Qwench Camp. He thereafter joined the Law firm of Chief Nkere Akpan & Co. He continued to the Firm of Ade Okeaya – Inneh SAN before joining our Firm as an Associate.
He has experience in Corporate Law, Legal Drafting, Taxation Advisory, Litigation, Legal Research and Project Management. Onyedikachi’s added skill in Taxation matters and project management makes him a valuable asset to our firm.
